Refund Policy
Marks Entry Portal
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made towards the Marks Entry Portal.
By making any payment, users agree to this policy.
2. Nature of Service
The Marks Entry Portal provides digital services related to online marks entry. Since the service are digital and access is granted immediately
upon successful payment, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards:
are non-refundable, except in cases mentioned under Section 4.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate Payment: If the user has been charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Technical Error: If payment is deducted but access/service is not provided due to a verified system error.
- Failed Transaction with Deduction: If the amount is debited but the transaction status shows failed.
Users must report such issues within 7 working days of the transaction.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must email:

- Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Amount
- Screenshot or proof of deduction
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days
to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect data entry by the user
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to use the service
- Rejection due to policy non-compliance
- Partial use of service
